COVID-19 Updates
In an effort to ensure the safety of our staff and clients, we are utilizing low-contact service to all our clients for all pet care needs.
Curbside Service
Thank you for using our hospital for your pet’s medical care. With efforts to keep you and our staff safe, we have implemented curbside triage. Here are some things to expect with your visit:
Please call us when you arrive. A member of our staff will meet you outside to transport your pet inside the building while you will remain in your vehicle. If you need to leave your designated parking spot, please notify the front desk when you leave and return.
During this initial call, please also provide the reception desk with the best phone number and email where you can be contacted for the appointment.
At the conclusion of your pet’s exam, the doctor will call you via phone to discuss a summary of the visit including treatment authorization, if needed. We will also take payment over the phone and any discharge instructions will be at the bottom of your invoice or email them within 24 hours (when appropriate). If not received, please call us.
Once payment is received, and your pet’s treatment is completed the medical staff will bring your pet and any additional items. Please allow extra time as these new processes will impact workflow. If you have any questions about our process, please call and speak with the front desk staff.
Note, our restrooms are still available for your use when needed– in order to enter our building, we do have a few questions to ask and request that you wear a mask (we will provide if possible). Please call and let the reception desk know if you need our restroom.
According to CDC guidance, there is no evidence that companion animals or pets can spread COVID-19 to date. For the latest information about coronavirus and pets, we encourage you to visit the CDC and World Health Organization websites.
